Growth & Innovation
The Burks Falls Foundation
Our journey began with the acquisition of a modest window and door factory in Burks Falls, Ontario. This was our hands-on classroom. By serving the local community, we mastered the fundamentals—learning exactly how raw components must be assembled to withstand the demanding Canadian climate.
Strategic Pivot to
North York
To scale our vision, we moved to North York, ON, and narrowed our focus to the most scrutinized part of the home: Custom Door Glass Units. We chose to serve manufacturers who demanded "zero-imperfection" quality, knowing that a homeowner interacts with their front door every single day.
Automation & The Concord Expansion
We made a transformative capital investment in the industry’s "Gold Standard" technology: a LiSEC automated production line and heavy-duty Billco CNC glass cutting table. This leap in capacity led us to our current 12,000 sq. ft. facility in Concord, doubling our production footprint.
IGMAC Certification: The Standard of Excellence
We reached a major milestone by joining the IGMAC certification program. By certifying our product lines to the CAN/CGSB 12.8 standard, we provided third-party proof of our relentless pursuit of quality. Our units are now verified for maximum argon retention and long-term seal durability under the harshest conditions.
Digital Transformation & Proprietary ERP
We began a digital overhaul, developing our own proprietary ERP system. By custom-coding our order management, production workflow, and logistics, we’ve placed "amazing customer service" at the core of our operations, ensuring precision from the first click to the final delivery.
